Yes. T & D Decorators regularly work as a prequalified subcontractor alongside principal contractors. We carry all required documentation: SafeContractor approval, CSCS cards, IPAF licences, method statements, and £5m public liability and £5m employers' liability insurance.
Yes. Out-of-hours and weekend working is standard practice for our commercial team, particularly for hotels, retail environments, and schools. We plan programmes around your operational constraints.
Yes. Every operative on our commercial sites carries a CSCS card appropriate to their trade and level. Our supervisors hold SSSTS qualifications, and our IPAF-licensed operatives provide all powered access work at height.
We provide full method statements, COSHH assessments, risk assessments, SafeContractor approval certificates, public liability insurance documents, and CSCS card records for each operative.
